| 3. Subscribe to auction catalogues |
3 weeks before
an auction, the catalogue is delivered to all subscribers,
allowing them to see the articles offered. These catalogues
are valuable resources in understanding the current market.

Prospective buyers
are strongly advised to personally examine the property
at the preview.
All properties are exhibited.

| 6. Auction |

Please
come to the auction hall before the auction
begins. |

We
will provide you with a paddle in exchange
for your entry ticket. |
- |
The
Auction will be held only in the Japanese
language and will proceed in lot order.
Each article will be shown on the stage. Bidders are advised to confirm that
the article is the one they wish to buy before bidding. |

The
auctioneer will typically seek bids increases
of 3 to 5% |
- |
When
the auctioneer has accepted the final bid
and struck the hammer, the auctioneer will
call out the paddle number of the buyer and
ask that person to raise the paddle number
so the number can be recognized. |

*No
bidding is accepted after the hammer sounds. |

| 7. Successful bid |
Successful bidders
are asked to exmaine the confirmation documents carefully
and then sign. Successful bidders are to pay the final
bid price plus the buyer's premium, in addition to
consumption tax.

PREMIUM

| For
each lot, up to and including 2 million
yen of a winning bid is charged a commission
at a rate of 15.75%(including tax).
Winning
bids beyond 2 million yen up to and
including 50 million yen is charged
a commission at a rate of 12.6%(including
tax). Additionally, any winning bids
beyond 50 million yen will be charged
a 10.5% rate (including tax) on the
remainder of the bid. |

Payment

Buyers must pay within 10 calendar
days of the sale. |

Payment can be made into our bank account,
by cash, or by bank cheque. |

After payment is complete, the property can
be collected one day after the auction at SAA
office. |

The receipt handed to buyers at the time
of sale must be shown in order to take possession
of the work. |
- |
Those who wish the item to be delivered can
fill out the request form enclosed with the
bill. |
